The Firm has gained sectoral expertise in advising the client nationally and internationally on matters related to recycling, hazardous waste management, air and water pollution, wetlands management, handling and disposal of chemicals and hospital waste, and other allied issues.

The Firm has represented the client’s interest before the Tribunals, High Courts, National Green Tribunal and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the matters associated with Environment Protection Act 1986, Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974, Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1981, Forest (Conservation) Act 1980, Wildlife Protection Act 972, Indian Forest Act 1927, and Biological Diversity Act 2002.
